2008 2009 Annual Parking Renewal
Annual parking renewal notifications will be sent out by UW Transportation Services week of May 5, 2008. Parking Application Renewal letters (campus mail or U.S. Mail) will be sent out to customers who have not responded to renewal notice (to those who have not yet applied for the 2008/2009 season) on approximately May 27, 2008.
The deadline (last day) for customers to apply for the 1st round "big spin" will be on or about June 5, 2008. The "big spin" will occur on or about July 7, 2008 and notifications will be sent out the week of July 14, 2008. Deadline to either accept or decline Offer from "big spin" will be August 14, 2008.
The 2nd round of assignments will be conducted by UW Transportation Services on August 15, 2008 and notifications will be sent out (via email for those who received an offer and by postal letter for those who either do not have emails or did not receive an offer). Deadline to accept/decline Offers from 2nd round of assignments will be August 28, 2008.
The 3rd round of assignment will be conducted by UW Transportation Services on August 29, 2008 and the deadline to accept/decline Offers from 3rd round of assignments will be September 11, 2008.
